Vendor Information
Welcome and thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Poway Rodeo! Our rodeo is one of Poway’s most anticipated community events, bringing together thousands of attendees for a weekend of rodeo action, family fun, and Western tradition. Our vendors play an important role in creating a unique atmosphere that guests look forward to each year. We invite you to review our application and event map below, along with our Terms & Conditions. We look forward to the possibility of having you join us and helping make this year’s rodeo another great experience for our community.
Non Food Vendors
10 x 10 – $300
10 x 20 – $600
Food Vendors / Trucks
10 x 10 – $600
10 x 20 – $1200
Non Profit / Community
10 x 10 – $50

If a food truck is larger than 10×20, an additional 10×10 space will be charged.

There will be a $100 cleaning deposit added to every invoice – please be sure to read the Terms and Conditions.
- Cleaning fee does not apply to non profits and communtiy booths.
