Mutton Busters:
- There will only be eight riders per performance (24 TOTAL). Conflicts will be resolved by Arena Manager if necessary. 2012 there will be 3 performances, Friday Night 9/28. Saturday afternoon 1 PM and Saturday evening 9/29 – NO SUNDAY PERFORMANCE.
- Must wear jeans, boots and long-sleeves (PRCA Arena Requirements.)
- Must weigh 55 pounds or less on date of ride and at least three years of age.
- Must complete and submit the Minor Release 2012.
- Each Application Form must include proof of health insurance.
- Rehearsal will be 6 PM Thursday, September 27, 2012 at the rodeo grounds (Poway Valley Riders Association, 14336 Tierra Bonita Rd. Poway) . The riders will see the sheep and the chutes at that time. We will be explaining the entire process and requirements. At least one parent and the child must attend. - There is no fee for Mutton Busters.
- All riders must be in approved arena attire and wearing a riding or a bicycle helmets will be required.

- Filling out the application form on the Poway Rodeo Website is ONLY the FIRST step in the application process – this holds your spot while you complete the entire application process – IMPORTANT – PRINT THE ONLINE APPLICATION after filling it out – this application MUST be SIGNED by a PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN and submitted along with the SIGNED RELEASE WAIVER, and PROOF OF INSURANCE (copy of insurance card is acceptable)

Junior Barrel Racers:
- There will be room for only 8 riders at each performance (24 total). Conflicts will be resolved by the Arena Manager if necessary. If more than 24 Junior Barrel Racers apply then slack on Friday morning may be an option. 2012 there will be 3 performances, Friday Night 9/28. Saturday afternoon 1 PM and Saturday evening 9/29– NO SUNDAY PERFORMANCE
- All riders must wear jeans, boots and long-sleeve shirts (PRCA Arena Requirements) and wear an approved riding helmet.
- Must be ages of 4 through 17, on date of ride.

- Each signed Application Form must include proof of health insurance and a signed copy of the Minor Release 2011, and the $30.00 entry fee.(Checks made out to Poway Rodeo or PRPP) Entry fee is nonrefundable.
